In this regard, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (“Law“), we would like to inform you about your personal data and its processing as a data controller.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

On your website visits:

Details about your use of the Website through cookies (“Details can be found in the Cookie Policy”);

Your identity and contact information via the completed membership form;

Your personal information, such as your occupation, office preferences, housing preferences, etc., via the forms found on the website that has the characteristics of a survey;

When you visit Assembly Buildings locations:

Your identity information is collected for the security of the physical space;

Information about your contact details, identity, occupation, and preferences when you fill out our forms;

Camera footage to ensure area security;

If you allow commercial electronic communication:

Information about your identity (first name, last name), contact information (address, email address, phone number)

If you become our member:

Information necessary for the creation of the membership agreement;

Your financial data, depending on your payment details;

Processes such as your preferences, workflow, and reservation information that office life entails;

METHOD, PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed by Assembly Buildings through automated methods, such as by devices and cameras at our sites, by signing the membership contract, by filling in the assigned forms, by filling in the forms published on the website, by support forms or petitions for your inquiries and complaints, by recording the delivery, transaction, survey completion, registration and behavioral transactions in our systems to make collections received as part of your payments, by recording your information received through the website, and by recording in our systems the information you provide during telephone contact with you.

Assembly Buildings will process your personal data in accordance with Article 5 of the Law for the following purposes:

Subject to your expressed consent:

• To create personalized campaigns, benefits, promotions, advertisements and notifications for you with your consent;
• To obtain information about your life preferences and accordingly offer you different service options, depending on your express consent through forms such as surveys, etc., offered to you on our website or at our sites;
• In the context of events, depending on the express consent obtained from you, depending on the reason for participation in various social media platforms for promotional purposes;

For reasons arising from the Law:

• To be able to issue an invoice, if you request the issuance of an invoice due to a legal obligation;
• Your identity, contact, billing and purchasing data to fulfil our obligations arising from legislation, fulfil our other legal obligations, in particular, information security with authorized and competent public bodies and organizations;
• Due to the nature of the service provided and Law No. 5651, your Internet access records;

The processing of the personal data of contracting parties is necessary insofar as it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract;

• For the purpose of establishing a membership contract;
• To collect fees under additional services and to keep such records;
• For the purpose of managing your membership processes on the Website;

The data controller is required to comply with its legal obligation;

• To receive payment if you wish to pay by credit card (the credit card details will be transmitted to the payment institution without being stored);
• To resolve your problems and complaints if you contact us, and to contact you if necessary;

If data processing is mandatory for the granting, utilization or preservation of a right;

• To file lawsuits, counter-petitions and appeals against official institutions and organizations such as courts, enforcement offices, and arbitration committees in disputes arising from the contract;

If data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, to the extent the fundamental rights and liberties of the data subject are not violated;

• To distinguish between the records we have created about you in our system from the records of other customers and to ensure that you can benefit from post-sale operational processes without having to submit an invoice/receipt;
• To ensure your safety, the safety of Assembly Buildings and its employees and other third parties from acts, crimes or unlawful conduct that may occur at our sites and to comply with our obligations to provide information, documents and other related obligations to legal authorities;
• Purchasing habits – preferences, likes and related comments on services used, campaigns and survey content with the purpose of creating marketing and sales processes with reporting;
• For the purpose of recording the additional services provided;
• For the purpose of collecting requests through public platforms such as social media and websites.

 

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is shared by Assembly Buildings;

• for purposes such as information technologies, marketing activities or the provision of certain services requiring expertise related to products based on contracts concluded with domestic suppliers and business partners, provided that the processing conditions for the transfer of personal data in Article 8 of the Law are met when the transfer of personal data is necessary,
• with authorized public institutions and organizations, and judicial authorities to fulfill our obligations to provide information, documents and other relevant obligations to these institutions, organizations and authorities and to exercise our legal rights, such as rights of action and response,
• if you pay by credit card, your credit card information will not be stored by Assembly Buildings but will be shared with the relevant bank or third parties providing electronic payment services,
• if you are a visitor, your data stored and processed by us

and is shared with our members due to the fact that we are an operator.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights by contacting Assembly Buildings by the methods set out below:

• The right to learn whether your personal data is processed or not;
• The right to request information if your data is processed;
• The right to learn the purpose for the processing of personal data and whether such data is used for its intended purposes;
• The right to know the domestic or foreign third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
• The right to request the correction of any incompletely or incorrectly processed personal data;
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Personal Data Protection legislation;
• The right to request the correction, deletion or destruction of personal data to be notified to third parties to whom personal data was transferred;
• The right to object to the occurrence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of the processed data by automated systems;
• The right to claim compensation for any damages you may have suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
