Designed by world-renowned architect Lord Norman Foster, the Ferko Signature A+ office project has been brought to life in Levent by Ferko.

Kicking off in 2015, the project has a gross leasable area of 50 thousand square meters on 30 floors and is set to become the new symbol of Levent under the name Assembly with first-of-its-kind office administration model and its intertwinement with art and the interaction it aims to create within the region.

Ferko Vice Chairperson Gökçe Meriçten asserts that the Ferko Signature project, which has been built on a very high value land in a central location provides a privileged office experience with its architecture, services, and its position as the home of the new arts platform Ferko Art. Meriçten states the following about the project: “Today, office spaces have a huge impact on determining lifestyles. As such, we embarked on a journey to provide office spaces that emanate the comfort and warmth of a hotel. We also emphasized the importance of clean air for a more efficient work environment and centrally integrated gardens and arts into the design of our offices at Ferko Signature. We have effectively created an urban garden, a sculpture park, and a multi-disciplinary art space in the center of Levent that separates this project from other office buildings and have been successful in this endeavor.”

What makes Assembly, a new office administration model, unique?

Yiğit Şatıroğlu, one of the founding partners of Assembly Buildings dubs Assembly ‘a real estate invention’ that aims to provide an unparalleled office experience. According to Şatıroğlu, “In a world that blurs the lines between our work and social lives, offices are becoming much more than spaces we spend eight hours a day in. Being a part of grand visions and goals, together with consistent and fair wage and promotion policies and creating a sense of belonging with high motivations are part and parcel of sustainable business practices. By 2020, workplace experience will become central to productivity. To that end, all of our planning, services, and organization is geared towards our ambitions of providing a sense of belonging and a progressive work environment.” With these in mind, Şatıroğlu states, they have spearheaded a unique system of building administration in Turkey.

Assembly leases office spaces that are divided into three segments: office floor, ready office, and membership system. Ferko Signature boasts lounges, eating-drinking areas, meeting rooms, activity areas, sleeping room, and co-working and ready-to-use office spaces that maximize the synergy within the building, all under the oversight of Assembly with concierge, assistant, catering and IT services akin to a hotel management. Assembly also aims to create a network of employees of leading businesses at Ferko Signature with activities that will bring the business world together.
